Ms. Hyeon-Ji Lee is a certified labor attorney at Shin & Kim. Ms. Lee provides advisory services in the areas of human resources and labor relations, as well as labor disputes, and particularly specializes in labor issues related to Japan.

Ms. Lee spent four years studying at Nagoya University in Japan, where she gained a deep understanding of Japanese labor laws and corporate culture. Based on this expertise, she has advised clients of various sizes and across diverse industries, including Japanese-affiliated companies, foreign-affiliated companies, public institutions, large corporations, and startups, on human resources and labor issues. Her work experience includes: representing clients in Labor Relations Commission cases, such as those involving wrongful termination; supporting collective bargaining and the conclusion of collective agreements; providing consulting services related to restructuring and the “Yellow Envelope Act”; and conducting investigations and providing training on workplace harassment and sexual harassment.
