Mr. Kang Ho-Jun provides legal services in the areas of employment and labor relations, and labor disputes at Shin & Kim LLC.
Prior to joining Shin & Kim, he worked at Hankyul LLC, handling civil, criminal, and administrative advisory and litigation matters, and subsequently, served as a judicial researcher at the Civil Appeals Division of the Uijeongbu District Court and the Administrative and Criminal Divisions of the Seoul High Court, where he reviewed numerous appellate cases and provided trial support.
Mr. Kang graduated from Hanyang University’s College of Business Administration and earned a Master of Laws degree from Hanyang University Law School, and passed the 11th Bar Examination. Drawing on his experience as a court trial researcher, he provides advice on establishing response strategies based on solid fact-finding and issue analysis in labor-related disputes.
