Mr. Sung Hun Cho is currently an associate at Shin & Kim, and his main practice areas include responding to financial institution inspections and sanctions, advising financial companies on internal control, insurance, fintech, virtual assets, digital technology and data law, and general corporate legal affairs.

As a member of the Financial Regulation Group at Shin & Kim, Mr. Cho provides various legal advice on finance-related laws and regulations such as the Capital Markets Act, the Insurance Business Act, and the Financial Consumer Protection Act. He has been involved in the inspection and establishment of internal control systems for domestic financial institutions and response to inspections and sanctions by financial supervisory authorities.
