Mr. In-Yong Hwang is a partner at Shin & Kim and advises on real estate alternative investments and various financial transactions.

Mr. Hwang has extensive experience in real estate investments and real estate development projects using investment schemes such as real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate funds (REFs), and project finance vehicles (PFVs) under the Real Estate Alternative Investment Group. He has successfully advised on investments in domestic and overseas offices, retail, logistics warehouses, hotels, data centers, etc. In particular, he advised on numerous cases of real estate transactions through real estate investment companies, as well as several listed REITs.

In addition, Mr. Hwang has seasoned expertise as financial advisor and advises financial investment businesses including leading banks, securities firms, and asset management companies on various forms of financial transactions, including real estate financing such as project financing for real estate development projects, structured financing such as asset-backed securitization, acquisition financing, and corporate financing.
