Introduction

Ms. Kim is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim, where her practice focuses on antitrust defense. She advises clients and handles matters across a broad range of antitrust areas, including cartels, merger control, abuse of dominance and unfair trade practices. She is also a member of the AI & Competition Team.

Ms. Kim began her career in U.S. antitrust law as a law clerk in the Antitrust Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office and went on to serve as a foreign associate at Dentons Lee where she defended numerous global companies and advised on various antitrust and M&A matters.

Ms. Kim is also a published author on antitrust law issues and has frequently served as a speaker or panelist at domestic and international seminars and conferences.
