Mr. Jeongcheul Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim, mainly practicing in the areas of police investigation response, corporate criminal, and general criminal matters.
After graduating from the Korean National Police University, Mr. Lee commenced his professional journey as an intelligence analyst at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, where he adeptly identified and mitigated organizational risks through advanced intelligence collection and analysis. Upon successfully passing the bar, he oversaw comprehensive investigations into complex financial and economic crimes at both the Seoul Gangnam and Seoul Seocho Police Stations. In addition, he served as a state litigator at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, where he handled a broad range of cases, including state compensation claims and constitutional appeals, thereby gaining extensive experience across criminal and public dispute matters.
Mr. Lee earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Graduate School of Environmental Studies at Seoul National University and a Juris Doctor from Kangwon National University School of Law. Based on his diverse experience, he advises clients on all aspects of criminal investigations and dispute resolution.
