Jin-Wook Lee is a senior certified public accountant at Shin & Kim, where his primary practice areas include tax audits, international taxation, and general tax advisory services.

He possesses extensive advisory experience across all aspects of international taxation, including reviewing tax treaty applications, offshore structures, and overseas investment-related tax issues for multinational and Korean companies; advising on taxation of non-residents and foreign corporations; and analyzing tax risks for capital transactions and corporate deals. He provides practical and strategic solutions for diverse tax issues arising from corporate decision-making processes.

Prior to joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Lee worked as a tax specialist in international taxation and corporate restructuring at KPMG Samjong Accounting Corporation, KPMG in the U.S., Lee & Ko, and Deloitte Anjin. He handled numerous tax advisory engagements related to corporate reorganization, including responding to tax audits for foreign companies, preparing advance rulings and authoritative interpretations, reviewing withholding tax issues related to overseas patents and royalties, designing domestic investment structures for offshore funds, and advising on holding company conversions and affiliate mergers and divisions.

Mr. Lee holds Korean CPA and U.S. Washington D.C. Bar qualifications. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Tax Law from Yonsei University, and completed the S.J.D. in Taxation course at the University of Florida.
