Mr. Seok Ki Hong is a partner at Shin & Kim, and his practice focuses on general criminal defense and corporate investigation & white collar crime.
Serving as a prosecutor for 14 years, Mr. Hong worked mainly in special investigation (anti-corruption), finance and tax departments and handled a number of high-profile cases involving public sector corruption and white-collar crimes, including bribery, illegal political funds, abuse of authority, hiring fraud, embezzlement of public funds, and corruption within the Korea Railroad Corporation, to gain practice in criminal defense and investigation.
