Sangsoo (Eddie) Lee is a foreign attorney at Shin & Kim who primarily concentrates on cross-border M&A transactions for private equity firms, venture capital funds as well as corporates.

Mr. Lee has represented both Korean and international companies and funds across various industries, providing expert advice on friendly mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and cross-border transactions. Additionally, he has offered guidance on a range of general corporate matters.

Mr. Lee graduated from New York University, earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and an LLM in Tax from New York University. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lee practiced in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell.
