Mr. Sung-Hwan Cho is an associate at Shin & Kim LLC. His primary areas of practice include legislative advisory services relating to the enactment and amendment of statutes in the National Assembly, as well as legal advice on various regulations issued by government ministries and public institutions.
Prior to commencing his legal career, Mr. Cho served as a legislative aide to a Member of the National Assembly and as a staff member of a political party secretariat, where he was engaged in policy development and coordination, review of legislative bills, and formulation of legislative strategies. Drawing on his in-depth understanding of the legislative environment and policy-making framework, he provides practical and effective legal counsel.
In addition, Mr. Cho actively participates in policy and institutional reform processes as a member of various committees under government ministries and public agencies. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Public Administration at Konkuk University, where he teaches courses on public policy.
