Taeseok Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on antitrust law, including cartels, mergers, abuse of dominance, unfair trade practices, holding company and corporate group policies, franchise transactions, subcontracting, contract terms regulation, labeling and advertising, door-to-door sales and pyramid schemes, and other corporate counseling, case handling and administrative litigation in consumer protection.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a B.A. in Economics, received his J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, and is currently completing his Ph.D. program (specializing in Economic Law) at Seoul National University School of Law.
