Youbin Oh is an associate in the Financial Regulation Group whose practice focuses on financial regulation, insurance industry counseling, and inspections and sanctions of financial institutions.

Youbin joined Shin & Kim in 2020 after graduating from Seoul National University School of Law and has advised insurance and financial companies on compliance, governance, asset management, and other matters related to financial regulation, including bylaw revision and compliance with the Act on the Protection of Financial Consumers.
