Mr. Man Hou is a senior counsel in Shin & Kim’s Corporate Practice Group, with particular expertise in corporate/M&A matters, as well as real estate and construction sectors.
Prior to returning to Shin & Kim, Mr. Hou served as the President of OCI’s Management Advisory Office.
Mr. Hou began his career as a judge in 1982, retiring as the Presiding Judge of the Seoul High Court after 28 years of serving on the bench.
