Mr. Young Su Nam is a partner at Shin & Kim whose main practice areas are (1) litigation and advising on real estate issues (redevelopment and reconstruction, solar access, view, privacy, apartment defects, and lot sale ads), (2) litigation and advising on construction issues (construction payment, contracts, subcontracts, turnkey contracts, construction accidents, and bidding disputes), (3) litigation and advising on real estate trust issues, and (4) administrative litigation (including restriction on bidding participation).
