Mr. Myungjae Jin is currently a partner at Shin & Kim, and his main areas of practice include financial transactions related to real estate, including domestic and foreign real estate transactions, development projects, acquisition financing, PF and structured finance, foreign exchange transactions related to real estate investment, establishment (foreign investment) and management of other real estate investments-related corporations, including funds under the Capital Markets Act and REITs under the Real Estate Investment Company Act, general corporate affairs, and M&A.
