Ms. Jae-Ha Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim, where her primary areas of practice include consulting and litigation related to rehabilitation, bankruptcy, workout and restructuring, and real estate investment & financing and other general corporate matters.

Ms. Lee graduated from Seoul National University in 2010 with an undergraduate degree in communication and worked at the marketing department of SK Telecom, and joined Shin & Kim in 2015 after she graduated from Seoul National University School of Law.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Lee has provided legal counsel in numerous M&A and workout proceedings involving companies undergoing rehabilitation or bankruptcy, representing either the rehabilitating company or the trustee, or the acquirer or creditors (including STX Heavy Industries, Geonchang Passenger, Gyeonggi Tourism Development, and Lake Hills Suncheon). She has also handled numerous rehabilitation and bankruptcy petition cases and related advisory services.

Ms. Lee has participated as a speaker or panelist in numerous domestic and international seminars on legal issues in insolvency and corporate restructuring and has been recognized as a Leading Individual in the field of Restructuring and Insolvency by international publications such as IFLR 1000 and Asialaw Profiles.
