지난 9월 18일~23일까지 미국 워싱턴 DC에서 개최된 IBA(International Bar Association) Annual Conference 2016에서 법무법인 세종의 최중혁 외국변호사와 김현아 변호사가 발표자로 참여하였습니다.
전세계 약 5,000여명의 변호사들이 참여한 이번 행사에서 최중혁 외국변호사는 Antitrust Committee가 주최한 세션에서 “The antitrust/intellectual property interface: how are courts and competition authorities around the world dealing with standard essential patents and FRAND commitments?”을 주제로, 김현아 변호사는 Environment, Health and Safety Law Committee가 주최한 세션에서 “Understanding the environmental ramifications of real estate”을 주제로 발표하였습니다.
