Byoungjoo Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim, where his primary areas of practice include cross-border M&A, foreign investment, international regulatory matters, U.S. SEC-related capital markets, international trade, and international arbitration. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions, including transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution. Mr. Lee has represented domestic and international companies and investors in a wide range of cross-border transactions spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia, including share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
