Mr. Dong-Hyuk Kim is an Advisor at Shin & Kim, where he provides advisory services in the areas of real estate and overseas investment and development projects.

Mr. Kim earned his B.A. in Economics from Yonsei University and passed the Higher Civil Service Examination (Finance and Economics Track) before joining at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. During his tenure, he worked in the Urban Policy Bureau, Land Policy Bureau, and Planning and Coordination Office, where he conducted feasibility analyses for numerous SOC and R&D projects. He also examined policy environments affecting real estate price formation and managed major projects such as residential and commercial district development projects utilizing the Housing and Urban Fund.

Drawing on his extensive expertise in SOC (Social Overhead Capital) and real estate investment projects, Mr. Kim provides strategic and practical advice on domestic and overseas infrastructure development and real estate finance projects. Leveraging his experience in both the public and private sectors, he offers comprehensive services in project feasibility review, development project structuring, real estate finance, and legislative advisory work in the fields of real estate, construction, and overseas investment.

• Conducted project feasibility analyses, including adjustment of SOC project costs, preliminary feasibility studies, and R&D performance evaluations
