Ms. Michelle W. Sul is a senior foreign attorney (member of the New York and California Bars) at Shin & Kim. Ms. Sul’s practice primarily concentrates on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investments, joint ventures, corporate governance, private equity transactions, international capital markets transactions, and a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition financing and structured finance.

Ms. Sul has successfully represented many global private equity firms and major Korean and multi-national companies in a broad array of cross-border transactions.

Ms. Sul received B.A (cum laude) from UC Berkeley, M.A. from Columbia University, and J.D. (cum laude) from Cornell Law School.
