Mr. Cheewon Seo is an associate at Shin & Kim, mainly providing advisory services on legislation, corporate regulation advice and litigation.
Mr. Seo is in charge of a wide range of legislative consultations, including enactment and amendment of the statutes, national audits and investigations. He is also in charge of corporate regulatory response advice and litigation. In addition, he has experience in participating in the process of government legislation and institutional improvement during his service as a national legislative officer.
Mr. Seo majored in business administration and economics at Yonsei University, earned a master's degree at Yonsei University Law School, and is currently completing a Ph.D. (company law major) at Yonsei University Law School.
