金志訓

Mr. Jihoon Kim obtained LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Korea University in 1997 and 2000, respectively, and then a Ph.D. degree in administration law from the same university in 2009.
In 2010, He joined the Korea Legislation Research Institute and worked over 12 years, leading the office of legislative analysis support and the office of planning and coordination. He also conducted duties related to the policy, regulation and legislation of many government ministries, including the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Office for Government Policy Coordination, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
