Mr. Joonsung Park is a partner at Shin & Kim, and his main practice areas are construction and real estate disputes, administrative litigation, and civil litigation.

Mr. Park mainly deals with disputes related to construction and real estate and administrative dispositions. He also advises on urban development projects, urban planning, etc.

Mr. Park graduated from Seoul National University School of Law (6th term) and passed the 6th Bar Examination. Prior to joining Shin & Kim, he served as a public-service advocate at the Ministry of Justice and the Korea Legal Aid Corporation and worked as an attorney at Jipyong as a member of the Construction and Real Estate Team and the Constitution and Administration Team. He completed his Ph.D. coursework in Administrative Law at Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Law.

Mr. Park currently serves as a member of the Seoul Bar Association’s Special Committee on Unification Legislation.

• Represented client in various administrative litigation related to education, such as a lawsuit seeking cancellation of disposition on the results of the on-site investigation of a private university (suspension of execution), lawsuit seeking cancellation of disposition to cancel the approval of the appointment of the director and president of a private school corporation (suspension of execution), and lawsuit seeking cancellation of the application for permission to change the use of basic educational property for a private school corporation
