Mr. Jong Myoung Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim, and his main practice area is litigation related to construction, real estate, and machinery.

As an architectural engineer of offshore EPCs, Mr. Kim gained on-site experience in design and construction. After becoming an attorney, he utilized his experience and major to mainly conduct construction, real estate, and machinery-related lawsuits.

After graduating from the Department of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at Seoul National University College of Engineering, Mr. Kim gained experience as an architectural engineer at Hyundai Heavy Industries, graduated from Hanyang University School of Law, and passed the 8th Bar Examination. After working at DR & AJU for two years, Mr. Kim joined Shin & Kim’s Construction Real Estate Dispute Group.
