Mr. Gyeong-Wan Gu is an associate at Shin & Kim and focuses his practice on M&A, bio & healthcare, joint ventures, private equity, and general corporate practice.

Mr. Gu has been advising on M&A transactions in various industries since he joined Shin & Kim in 2020. He represented and advised domestic and foreign companies and funds on corporate acquisitions and mergers (M&A), joint ventures, establishment of domestic subsidiaries, and corporate governance, and he has provided numerous advice on corporate law.

Mr. Gu has also provided legal advice on the Medical Service Act, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, the Medical Devices Act, and the response to administrative measures taken for violations of relevant laws in the field of bio-healthcare.

Mr. Gu graduated Korea University College of Business, Korea University Law School (9th term), passed the 9th bar examination, and joined Shin & Kim in 2020.
