Young-Jae Lee

Mr. Young-Jae Lee is a certified public accountant at Shin & Kim, where he provides tax advisory services in connection with tax audits, tax appeals, and other tax matters.

While serving as a member of the Tax Advisory Group at KPMG Samjong Accounting Corporation, Mr. Lee advised large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises on responding to tax audits and filed corporate income tax returns and gift tax returns relating to deemed gifts arising from concentrated intra-group transactions on their behalf.

• Provided Company W (manufacturing), Company S (hotel), Company G (leasing), Company P (distribution), etc. with advisory services on responses to tax audits by the Seoul/Incheon/Daejeon Regional Tax Offices and conducted tax reviews for them
• Provided major Korean large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, including Company S (construction), Company N (securities) and Company D (petrochemicals), with advisory services on corporate income tax adjustments and filed tax returns on behalf of them
• Filed gift tax returns relating to deemed gifts arising from concentrated intra-group transactions on behalf of Groups H and D, HD Group, etc.
• Conducted valuations of unlisted shares in corporates at home and abroad, including Company T and L Group
