Mr. Jeehoon Lee is a Partner at Shin & Kim, advising clients on private equity, domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, and management control disputes.

Mr. Lee has represented major domestic and international private equity funds, including Affinity Equity and H&Q, as well as leading companies such as Kakao, SK, LG, CJ, KT, IICOMBINED (Gentle Monster), and OP Mobility, in a wide range of M&A transactions including share transfers, business transfers, joint venture formations, spin-offs, and spin-off mergers. He has particular expertise in M&A transactions involving listed companies and financial institutions, and has accumulated experience across diverse industries including fintech, online gaming, and entertainment. Mr. Lee has also represented clients in numerous management control disputes.

Mr. Lee graduated from Seoul National University College of Law in 2011 and completed his LL.M. at New York University School of Law in 2024. He is admitted to practice in South Korea and New York State, and previously worked as a Visiting Attorney at the Tokyo office of Linklaters, where he gained experience in corporate matters as well as energy and overseas resource development.
