Mr. Dong-Hwan Lee is a patent attorney at Shin & Kim. Mr. Lee manages filings, trials, and litigation related to patents, trademarks, and designs, covering cases both domestically and internationally.

Working with leading patent and IP law firms, he has successfully handled domestic and international cases across diverse technical fields, including electronics, telecommunications, power control, image processing, and UI/UX. He is particularly adept at managing complex IP infringement disputes.

Notably, Mr. Lee possesses a distinguished career background as the first Patent Attorney to be specially recruited as a Special Professional Officer by the Supreme Prosecutors' Office in 2020. During his tenure at the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, he provided expert investigations and consultation on high-profile cases involving technology leaks (industrial technology and trade secrets) and IP-related crimes.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Lee frequently lectures on intellectual property and technology protection at various corporations and universities.
