Mr. Min Chul Shin is an Advisor at Shin & Kim, mainly practicing in the areas of defense and the defense industry, military law, criminal and disciplinary matters, personnel administration, and human rights.
Mr. Shin was commissioned as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Air Force in 1994 and later as a Warrant Officer in 2020, serving for approximately 32 years. He has accumulated extensive experience in military law and investigations, having performed key functions across the military legal system, including serving as a court clerk at the General Military Court, prosecutorial investigator, handling disciplinary actions, personnel appeals, human rights counseling, and victim support. During his service at the Prosecutors’ Office of the Ministry of National Defense, he also participated in investigations of major national cases, including public security incidents and defense acquisition-related investigations.
