Introduction
Mr. Haisheng Quan is a foreign attorney currently serving as a Chinese legal consultant at Shin & Kim Beijing Office. His main practice areas include Korea–China investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, and general corporate advisory matters. Mr. Quan specializes in M&A, overseas investment, and the establishment, operation, and withdrawal of foreign and Chinese entities (including liquidation and transfers). He has accumulated experience in a wide range of industries, including semiconductors, automotive batteries, and general manufacturing.
Mr. Quan graduated from Renmin University of China's Law School in 2020 and obtained his Chinese legal qualification in the same year. Since 2022, he has been working as a legal consultant on Chinese law at Shin & Kim Beijing Office.
