Mr. Jihong Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Lee’s main practice areas include domestic criminal affairs.

Mr. Lee had served as an investigative officer at the Gangnam Police Station, Suseo Police Station, and Gwanak Police Station of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, and handled State tort liability cases, civil cases involving State-owned properties, and administrative proceedings at the Organizational Legal Affairs Division and Public Security Legal Affairs Division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency and advised on overall police affairs. Based on this extensive work experience from the Police Agency, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and a Korean conglomerate, Mr. Lee provides specialized legal counseling and advisory services in corporate matters.

Mr. Lee graduated from Hanyang University College of Engineering, earned his J.D. from Ajou University School of Law, and passed the 1st Bar Examination. Before joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Lee worked at Hyundai Motor Company's Namyang Research Center, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. Since 2023, Mr. Lee has served an expert advisor to the Human Rights Center at Yongin University.
