Mr. Kyung Min (Kenneth) Kim is a foreign attorney at Shin & Kim and a member of the firm’s ICT Group. He specializes in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), data protection, and general corporate matters. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity and venture capital fund transactions.

• Advised the APP Group (Indonesia) on the acquisition of MSS Holdings (parent company of Mona Lisa and SsangYong C&B, etc.) from MS PE.
• Advised Easy Bio, Inc. on the acquisition of Devenish Nutrition, LLC.
• Advised majority shareholders, Line Friends and IPX Corporation, on a Series A preferred stock issuance transaction.
• Advised Meritz Securities on an investment in EMR Capital’s UK mining assets.
• Advised IDG Capital on the sale of its interest in IICombined, Co., Ltd.
• Advised on the purchase of a minority interest in Eat Just in the U.S. by a new technology business investment association comprised of Gorilla PE and Ncore Ventures.
