Mr. Hyung Suk Oh is a CPA at Shin & Kim. He has over 5 years' experiences and specialized in general tax advisory and consulting services for many multinational and domestic clients in providing a comprehensive range of tax services. He specializes in advising multinational companies for their M&A including tax due diligence, SPA review and tax structuring.
Prior to joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Oh held various positions at Deloitte Anjin (Korea) and PwC Samil (Korea).
He received a B.A. from College of Business & Economics of Chung-Ang University. He is a certified public accountant in Korea.
