He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, real estate and general corporate matters. Hyun started his legal career as a corporate associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Prior to attending law school, he served as a military intelligence officer in the United States Army, including multiple tours of duty in Afghanistan.
