Introduction

Mr. Taiyoon Lee is a foreign attorney at Shin & Kim. Mr. Lee’s main areas of practice include the provision of advice on general corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investments, health care and China-related legal issues.

Mr. Lee is a U.S. attorney who also obtained his LL.B. and LL.M. (International Economic Law) from Peking University (China) and received education in Korea, the United States, Canada and China during his school years, making him one of the few attorneys currently working at Korean law firms who is fluent in Korean, English and Chinese. Drawing on his international background, Mr. Lee has advised multiple domestic and international companies and private equity funds on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
