• Represented a Korean chemical and automotive parts manufacturer in an LCIA (London) arbitration against a Saudi Arabian finance company concerning payments under a financing agreement
• Represented a U.S. energy company in five ICC (Seoul and Singapore) arbitrations against a Korean conglomerate concerning the termination of exclusive licenses for technology and product markets in Asia
• Represented a major Korean construction company in an ICC (Singapore) arbitration against a Middle Eastern construction company concerning construction delays
• Represented a major Korean parts manufacturer in a JAMS (Chicago) arbitration against a U.S. company concerning product liability
• Represented a number of clients, including a Korean conglomerate, in disputes arising in various jurisdictions around the world
