Jooye Oh

Jooye Oh is a partner at Shin & Kim, where she advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, cross-border investments and transactions, and real estate investments.

Ms. Oh has handled a wide range of cross-border transactions, including inbound investments and acquisitions by foreign investors in Korean real estate and companies, outbound investments by Korean investors, and joint ventures between foreign and Korean investors. In addition to M&A and private equity transactions, she advises on a broad spectrum of investment and development projects, including logistics centers, data centers, offices, residences, and factory developments, as well as REITs, credit funds, and project finance. She has particularly extensive experience in Japan-related cross-border transactions, advising both Japanese companies investing in Korea and Korean companies expanding into Japan.

Ms. Oh has been recognized as a "Rising Star 2025" by Legal Times and an "M&A Rising Star 2018" by The Korea Economic Daily.
