Introduction

Ms. Myoung Choi is a partner at Shin & Kim and her practice focuses on general corporate, hostile M&A, management control disputes, finance, and family law.

Since joining the firm, Ms. Choi has handled many management control disputes and general corporate law cases, and has successfully represented domestic and foreign companies in various industries in management control disputes. Ms. Choi has accumulated a wealth of practical experience in advising and representing major Korean companies in hostile M&A cases. She also has practical experience in family law cases, including inheritance and guardianship, involving related parties of major companies.

Ms. Choi earned her J.D. from Yonsei University Law School and completed her LL.D. (specialized in civil law) at Yonsei University. Ms. Choi has published various articles in the field of management control disputes, such as the Legal Journal of Seoul National University Center for Financial Law (BFL).
