Attorney Tak-Kyun Hong from Shin & Kim gave a presentation on “Proof of Cartel – Types of Indirect Evidence” at Administrative Decision Research Conference which was held by the Decision Management Dept. of the Korea Fair Trade Commission on September 13, 2010.
Mr. Hong dealt with civil, criminal and family cases for three years as a public service attorney (for Korea Legal Aid Corporation) and eventually moved into general criminal cases, public order-related cases, special cases, and trials as a prosecutor. He earned a PhD (on the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act) by researching the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, the Corporate Act, and others at Sungkyunkwan University Graduate School of Law (Master of Law), and a master’s degree by studying the Corporate Act, the Securities Exchange Act, Anti-Monopoly Act, and the Criminal Procedure Act at New York University School of Law (LL.M.)
