Attorney Sang-Hyeok Im (32nd Judicial Research and Training Institute) has extensive experience and expertise in contents business, such as broadcasting, communications, Internet, games, movies, and sports.  Mr. Im was also appointed as a member of the Review Committee for Selection of Internet Multimedia Broadcasting Business (Internet Protocol TV) Service Providers of the Broadcasting and Communications Committee.  Mr. Im’s experience over years include M&As, financing, agreement conclusion, and related matters to broadcasting companies, such as KBS-TV and SBS-TV, contents and media service companies (including Lotte Group and CJ Group) and lawsuits covering copyright, defamation, and privacy, as well as legal disputes related to popular entertainers or professional atheletes in and out of Korea.
