Mr. Jooyoung Park, former manager of the FTC joined Shin & Kim

Mr. Jooyoung Park, a U.S. attorney, who previously worked for the Fair Trade Commission for 15 years, has joined the firm. His work at the Fair Trade Commission focused on policy implementation and enforcement of the Fair Trade Act and consumer protection laws.  Currently, Mr. Park is practicing in areas relating to competition law and consumer protection law.
