On November 9, Shin & Kim co-hosted a "Doing Business in India" seminar with the Federation of Korean Industries and Luthra & Luthra, a top-tier Indian law firm.
Following on from the "Investment and Doing Business in Europe" seminar in October, the "Doing Business in India" seminar included presentations on topics such as ▲ an overview of the politics, economy and laws of, and investment in, India, ▲ considerations for Korean businesses in making investments and entry into India, and ▲ the tax regime of India, as India has recently been attracting an increasing amount of investments and business. The seminar was enthusiastically received and praised for being both timely and informative.
