Shin & Kim has represented Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in respect of its investment of 9.9 percent interest in Kyobo Life Insurance from Korea Asset Management Corporation. The share purchase agreement was executed on 20 June 2012 and completed on 21 June 2012. The purchase price is US$400 million. Seong Hoon Yi, Eun Nyung Lee and John M Kim led the transaction.
