Mr. Young-Ju Kim, the former Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy, has joined Shin & Kim as an advisor. Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University and began his career at the former Economic Planning Board after passing the civil services examination.  Since then, he served in various positions for the Government in the areas of finance, budget and planning.  Mr. Kim is currently providing a wide range of advice in the fields of Russia-related trade and energy and related industries based on his experience at the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy.
