Shin & Kim sponsored the IBA (International Bar Association) Asia Pacific Regional Forum on Anti-Corruption Compliance and Enforcement held in Seoul on November 3 and 4, 2017.

At the forum, Shin & Kim’s Senior Foreign Attorney Myong-Hyon Brandon Ryu and Partner Tak-Kyun Hong served as the moderator for the “M&A and Anti-corruption Due Diligence Including Third Party Risks” session and a panelist for the “Is It Possible to Draw a Fine Line Between Hospitality and Bribery? – Gift and Entertainment Practices” session, respectively.
