Shin & Kim sponsored the IBA (International Bar Association) 2015 Mergers and Acquisitions in the Technology Sector held in Seoul on November 19 and November 20, 2015.
This Conference entitled “Current Trends in Asia and Beyond” was attended by more than 150 attorneys from around the world. Doo-Sik Kim, Shin & Kim’s senior managing partner and Young-Hee Jo, a partner of Shin & Kim’s Finance Practice Group, participated as members of the Host Committee, and John Choi, a senior foreign attorney of Shin & Kim, acted as a member the Organizing Committee.
Doo-Sik Kim also acted as the moderator in the session entitled “Recent Developments and Trends in Technology M&A in Asia,” and Joon-Hyug Chung lectured in the session entitled “Cross-Border Technology M&A Transactions – Contract Provisions.”
