Shin & Kim sponsored the Spring Seminar of the Korea International Trade Law Association.

 

The Seminar introduced the latest legal trends in the practice areas of overseas construction and investments, and was attended by the major construction companies in Korea. Shin & Kim’s Hyun-Sik Shin gave a presentation entitled “Current Status of Korean Companies’ Use of FIDIC and Matters for Caution”. 

 

Mr. Hyun-Sik Shin’s main practice areas include domestic and international real estate investments. Mr. Shin currently lectures on international contracts, international trade and real estate transaction structures at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court and the Seoul Bar Association.
