Shin & Kim ranked a “Top Tier” firm for 2013 by IFLR 1000.

Shin & Kim was selected a “Top Tier” firm in the categories of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring and insolvency in the assessment of Korean law firms published in the 2013 edition of IFLR 1000, issued by the International Financial Law Review, a globally-recognized journal on law and finance. In addition, the Chinese office of Shin & Kim was the only Korean law firm to be registered as a foreign firm in the fields of banking and M&A in the assessment of law firms based in China.
