Yong-Dam Kim, Representative Attorney of Shin & Kim, was appointed the 8th Chairman of the Regulatory Reform Committee. Since his first appointment as a Judge of the Chuncheon District Court in 1972, Attorney Kim has served as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Korea and Head of the Office of Court Administration.
During his two-year term, Attorney Kim will be responsible for gathering opinions from all members of society and deliberating on the regulatory acts of the government.
